What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credt cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Solo, Maestro, Visa Delta, and Visa Electron via Paypal. Clients are advised to sign up for a Paypal account to enjoy the hassle-free billing services.

Are there any discounts if I paid annually?
Our prices are already very competitive. We don't provide any discounts for annual payments.

How long does it take to setup an account after I order?
If you order during normal business hours ( 9am - 6pm GMT+8 Monday - Friday ), it can be setup within the same day. If you order after business hours, it will be setup the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.

Do you offer custom hosting plans?
Yes we do offer custom plans. We offer plans up to a maximum of 20GB of disk space and 330GB bandwidth in increments of 1/15 (1GB space and 15GB bandwidth). We do not offer custom hosting plans in lower increments than what is currently offered. Contact our Sales Department (sales@quikihosting.com) for a custom plan.

Do I get root access to the server?
You do not get root access to the server. You will need your own dedicated server in order to get root access.

Can I be a reseller or earn commission?
Yes. Send us an email and we'll give you a quote as a reseller. Or to get your commission of up to SGD$50.00, send us an email with the client's email, name and domain after his/her signup with us. Contact our Reseller Department (reseller@quikihosting.com) for more details.

I am with another host and wonder if you can help me transfer my account(s)?
We can provide transfer assistance for up to 10 accounts free if you are hosted on a cPanel server. Send an email to support@quikihosting.com with the domain name, cpanel username and password for each account you want transferred.

Where are your servers located?
Our USA servers are located in the Net Access (NAC) datacenter in New Jersey. NAC is located in the EST timezone on the East Coast. Our UK servers are located in the Redbus Interhouse datacenter in London.

Do you allow adult websites on your servers?
We do not allow adult content on our servers.

Do you use a third party monitoring service to provide uptime reports?
We use WebSitePulse(www.websitepulse.com) to provide our clients with unbiased uptime reports from an outside third party. Uptime reports are provided to active clients.

Are there any types of advertising placed on my account?
We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup's, etc. on your website.

Do you provide 24/7 support?
We provide 24/7 support only on selected plans. If you are not on them, you will still get your answers as soon as our support personnel are available or within 1-2 business days.
